JK Meadows

JK Meadows is a 20 unit apartment complex comprising a stilt parking floor and five residential floors, with four 2BHK apartments on each floor. The design is driven by a simple intent: to bring natural light and ventilation into every room and circulation space, reducing dependence on artificial lighting and mechanical ventilation. Each apartment follows Vastu principles while maintaining spatial quality and functionality, with two balconies and a dedicated utility space. Open planning allows the compact apartments to feel more generous, creating a sense of openness and continuity within each home.
